Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or move your appointment please provide us with 24-hours notice. This will allow ample time for other patients to book appointments. Failure to do so will result in a fee for the full cost of the appointment. You're able to manage your appointment online at anytime before the 24 hour window closes by logging in in the top right hand corner. After you can edit, cancel, or change your appointments and also view up and coming visits.
